Asset Maintenance

OLS provides Asset Maintenance (AM) services to the FDOT and the traveling public.  Our top priority is to keep the roadways safe! We take full maintenance responsibility for the roadways and associated assets throughout all of our contract limits, including but not limited to the conditions of the roads, signs, guardrails, litter, and structures. We provide 24/7 incident response for any accidents that occur to relieve and/or assist first responders.

Currently, we provide Asset Maintenance from the Columbia/Alachua county line to the Sumter/Hernando county line along I-75 and the State Roads along that corridor.  We have a performance aesthetics contract in Lake County as well.
