Brent Gaffney, President
Mr. Gaffney has an Associates of Arts degree and has served as the President of Oasis Landscape Services, Inc. since its inception in 1975. He has extensive horticultural and roadway knowledge and experience. He serves on the FDOT/FNGLA liaison committee in Tallahassee, which influences budgeting and decision-making in the state of Florida. Mr. Gaffney also is a proud board member of AMOTIA.

Austin Woodington, PE
Mr. Woodington has a Master’s of Engineering degree from the University of Florida and has worked at Oasis since 2018. He has over 12 years’ experience in roadway/landscape construction management and maintenance management.

Kevin Cox, Regional Manager – Asset Maintenance
Mr. Cox has worked at Oasis since 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in all phases of roadway projects as well as Quality Control management. Mr. Cox is responsible for improving MRP scores on all our AM contracts and ensuring smooth contract transition periods.

Mr. Ciampa started at Oasis in 2024. He manages our permits for two FDOT AM contracts we have in D5.

Dave Holder, Landscape Foreman
Mr. Holder has worked at Oasis since 2022. He has many years’ experience on landscape project management and budgeting as well as all phases of roadway projects.

Dylan Matthews - Safety Officer
Mr. Matthews started with us in 2023. He has many years of experience keeping people and jobsites safe. Mr. Matthews started a career as a Firefighter/EMT for CCFR in Florida. Then, later moved out to California to continue his Firefighter career with the Marine Corps. Once he completed his time as a Firefighter, he moved over to Center Safety for the Marines and completed four years at the Marine corps air ground combat center in Twentynine Palms CA. Mr. Matthews visits all our sites regularly to observe operations and to promote safety initiatives at Oasis.

Larry Svec - Fleet Manager
Mr. Svec started with us in 2024. He has many years' of experience in fleet management. Mr. Svec oversees the maintenance of our fleet. His goal is to ensure that our fleet is safe, efficient and maintained properly and in compliance with all regulatory agencies.

Lindsay Sanscrainte, Executive Administrator
Mrs. Sanscrainte has worked at Oasis since 2010. She is a certified bookkeeper and has worked in every administrative position Oasis has. She has worked side-by-side with Brent as the company has grown, overseeing procedural changes as well as ensuring that growth is well-supported.

Roxane Cyr, Office Manager
Mrs. Cyr has worked at Oasis since 2021. She has over 30 years’ administrative experience and in the short time she’s worked at Oasis, Mrs. Cyr has put meaningful procedures in place as well as organized our administrative processes to increase productivity. She created and manages our third-party insurance claims process and supervises our administrative staff.

Autumn Knapp, Accounts Payable
Ms. Knapp has worked at Oasis since 2021. She provides administrative support to our supervisors and managers. She manages our Accounts Payable and assists with customer service. She has 10 years of experience in administration.

Kelsey Shuta, Assistant Office Manager - Ocala
Mrs. Shuta has worked at Oasis since 2021. She assists the Office Manager with administration of two of our FDOT AM contracts in D5, out of our Ocala office. She has 10 years of experience in administration and assists with customer service, third-party claims and Accounts Payable.
