Brent Gaffney, President

Mr. Gaffney has an Associates of Arts degree and has served as the President of Oasis Landscape Services, Inc. since its inception.  He has extensive horticultural and roadway knowledge and experience.  He serves on the FDOT/FNGLA liaison committee in Tallahassee, which influences budgeting and decision-making in the state of Florida.

Austin Woodington, PE

Mr. Woodington has a Master’s of Engineering degree from the University of Florida.  He has over 12 years’ experience in roadway/landscape construction management and maintenance management.

Rob Cheney, General Manager

Mr. Cheney has worked at Oasis for over 40 years.  He has assisted Mr. Gaffney over the years with resource management and Quality Control.  Beginning in 2022, Mr. Cheney will be focusing his attention on training his assistant and Quality Control of all our FDOT contracts.

Kevin Cox, Regional Manager – Asset Maintenance

Mr. Cox has worked at Oasis for three years.  In that time, he has moved from managing one performance aesthetics contract to overseeing all Asset Maintenance projects as the Regional Manager.  He has over 23 years’ experience in all phases of roadway projects as well as Quality Control management.  Mr. Cox is responsible for improving MRP scores on all our AM contracts and ensuring smooth contract transition periods.

Keith Butler, Project Manager - Marion County

Mr. Butler has worked at Oasis since 2021.  He has extensive knowledge on Asset Maintenance roadway contracts.  Mr. Butler is a dependable team-leader.

Jesus Gallegos, AM Area Manager

Randy Dyer, AM Permits Inspector

Mr. Dyer started at Oasis in 2023.  He manages our permits for two FDOT AM contracts we have in D5. 

Responsible for:

Maintaining permits for various ongoing construction projects within our AM project limits.

Gil Martin, Landscape Foreman

Mr. Martin has worked at Oasis for over 30 years.  He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Landscape Architecture.  He has many years’ experience on landscape project management and budgeting as well as all phases of roadway projects.

Jeff Lane, Maintenance Foreman

Mr. Lane has worked at Oasis for 22 years.  He has extensive knowledge on maintaining residential, commercial and project landscapes.  Mr. Lane is a dependable team-leader, always able to manage well the resources assigned to him.  Not only does he work in our local commercial and residential market, but he assists with crews that are assigned to FDOT establishment projects.

Mike Goodman, Maintenance Foreman

Mr. Goodman has worked at Oasis for 20 years.  He has extensive knowledge on maintaining residential, commercial and project landscapes.  Mr. Morales is a dependable team-leader, always able to manage well the resources assigned to him.  He is currently assisting with management of an FDOT maintenance project that covers three counties in D2.

Lindsay Sanscrainte, Executive Administrator

Mrs. Sanscrainte has worked at Oasis since 2010.  She is a certified bookkeeper and has worked in every administrative position Oasis has.  She has worked side-by-side with Brent as the company has grown, overseeing procedural changes as well as ensuring that growth is well-supported.

Roxane Cyr, Office Manager

Mrs. Cyr has worked at Oasis for a year.  She has over 30 years’ administrative experience and in the short time she’s worked at Oasis, Mrs. Cyr has put meaningful procedures in place as well as organized our administrative processes to increase productivity.  She created and manages our third-party insurance claims process and supervises our administrative staff.

Audra Moran, Human Resources

Mrs. Moran began work at Oasis in 2022.  She has many years' expertise in administrative leadership and takes care of all our employees' benefits and payroll.

Autumn Knapp, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Knapp has worked at Oasis since 2021.  She provides administrative support to our supervisors and managers.  She manages our Accounts Payable and assists with customer service.  She has 10 years of experience in administration.

Kelsey Shuta, Claims Specialist – Asset Maintenance

Mrs. Shuta has worked at Oasis for almost a year.  She assists the Regional Manager with administration of two of our FDOT AM contracts in D5, out of our Ocala office.  She has 10 years of experience in administration and assists with customer service, third-party claims and Accounts Payable.

Katie Childers, AM Administrative Assistant

Miss Childers started with us in 2022.  She assists the Regional Manager with administration of our FDOT AM contracts in D5, out of our Ocala office.  She has many years’ of experience in leadership and assists with customer service, third-party claims and Accounts Payable.

Twila Lyon, Administrative Assistant - Ocala office

Mrs. Lyon began at Oasis in 2023.  She provides administrative support to our supervisors and managers.  She handles reception and incident intake in our Ocala office.  She has many years of experience in administration.

Stephanie Rogers, Administrative Assistant - Gainesville office

Mrs. Rogers began at Oasis in 2023.  She provides administrative support to our supervisors and managers.  She handles reception and incident intake in our Gainesville office.  She has many years of experience in administration.
